PLEASE READ - All Junior parents who completed the player 'affiliation' for their children last season should have received an email from the RFU on 1st July 2022 inviting them to 're-affiliate' for the forthcoming new season. This ensures we hold correct contact details for parents, up to date medical information and emergency contact information.

The process takes only 3 clicks if details have not changed so it would be great if you could find time to complete this process . As a club, we spent a lot of time resolving legacy issues last season with player accounts so are 'hopeful' that it should be easier this time.

For older age groups, it's imperative we get this completed as it could affect the ability to field players in some competitions.

Check the footer of the email, it will have your username and a link to the system. Check your spam folder if you can't see it or get in touch with your Team Manager and we can look into it for you.

Once the season starts, we'll have support available in the Clubhouse on training nights to help resolve any issues.

If you're struggling with your username but completed this last year, search your inbox for the subject Player Re-Affiliation and you should find last years confirmation - your login details will be at the foot of the email.

Please note, you are unable to purchase membership through GMS any more, all membership payments need to be by bank transfer, directly to the Club. Details will be circulated shortly.
