Each season, all senior players and parents of Age Grade Players (juniors) are required to 'renew their registration' to the club.

The ability to renew usually starts from the beginning of July, an email is issued by the RFU which will prompt.

This is a simple process, using the GMS website, and ensures that personal data (inc. medical conditions) are kept up to date.

New joiners to the club should follow the instructions at the start of this document. Existing members should not create a new account but login and renew their kids each season (please check all personal details and contact info are up to date).
